Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.
Please note: The estimated arrival date is approximate and the package could be delivered before or after the given date. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delivery delays, delivery exceptions, and lost or stolen packages.

Q: When and how do you ship?
All boxes are shipped from our warehouse located in Renton, Washington within three business days. We do not ship boxes containing perishables on Thursdays or Fridays. Standard shipments go via SurePost and selected delivery speed.
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately our boxes are too large for UPS to deliver to a PO Box. We will need a street address for the recipient.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes! Buyers are responsible for the shipping charges assessed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
