UPS Ground - How many days will it take for my item to arrive?
(add at least one day for SurePost)

Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.

Please note: The estimated arrival date is approximate and the package could be delivered before or after the given date. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delivery delays, delivery exceptions, and lost or stolen packages.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free UPS SurePost (typically one day slower than UPS Ground) to the continguous United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are charged at regular retail rate. 

Q: When and how do you ship?
All standard shipments go via SurePost and selected delivery speed every Tuesday and Friday between Dec. 1-11 and Monday - Friday, Dec. 14 - 23. Order cut-off for each delivery day is 8:00am PST the day of or until sold out. It will take 3-8 business days. 

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes! Buyers are responsible for the shipping charges assessed. Due to hot temperatures, The Sweet Treats Box is the only box not available for shipping to Hawaii. 

Q: Can I purchase extra items to add to my boxes?
Yes! We have a whole slew of "add-on" items available for purchase - these will be included within the boxes already ordered, to keep them safe and secure. Add on items cannot be shipped separately, due to the fragility of some items and best shipping practices as advised by UPS!
