Unfortunately not. We want you to be delighted with your delivery, and we truly believe that you will based on the products we're offering. But we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns at this time. 

All boxes are shipped from our warehouse within three business days. We do not ship boxes containing perishables on Thursdays or Fridays.

Notes and gift messages can be added on the "Shopping Cart" page if the check out process. You will see a box with "Add a note for the recipient." Type your note in the box and we'll be sure to include the note in the box!

No, unfortunately our boxes are too large for UPS to deliver to a PO Box. We will need a street address for the recipient.

Yes! Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs assessed.

We include a packing sheet with the items purchased listed, but the price of the items are not included.
